Sorry I haven't been here lately to tell you about the amazing things that are happening at Young Living Essential Oils.

I will keep this short as I am on a short break from a seminar. Yesterday, I was thumbing through my desk reference for some YLEO oils for a customer, and I came across something that I thought might help support my liver.  You see, I take a lot of medications which, over time, may harm my liver.  In order that I may help to support my liver function, I combined three Young Living Essential Oils (as always, I cannot speak for other companies).  Here is the recipe:

Diffuse:

YLEO Orange  oil            ( 10 drops)
YLEO Celery Seed oil       (  5 drops)
YLEO Rosemary oil          (  3 drops)

Diffuse for 1-4 hrs., as desired

Layering

Did you know that you can layer Young Living Essential oils?  I have a lot of pain throughout the day, so first I start off with Clove oil to numb it then, depending on the pain, I will layer (or put one oil on top of the other).  Last night, I had two types of pain in the same spot.  I started off with my usual Clove, then went to Celery Seed oil (for my arthritis), then Lemongrass oil (for ligaments), then topped it off with Clove again.  It worked!  I love my Young Living oils.  I wouldn't try any other oils, because I know that YLEO are 100% Grade A oils.

Clove ~ Oil for Many Reasons

It's not just the smell of your grandma's house after baking.  Clove oil is so very versatile.  It is an anti aging (that's one thing I like about it), it may help with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis/rheumatism, hepatitis, intestinal parasites/infections.  Clove oil also can be used for numbing pain, throat/sinus/lung infections, cataracts (do not use in eyes), ulcers, lice, toothpaste and acne.  Besides all of that, it smells wonderful when you diffuse it!

Here's how you apply it:
Dilute one part with four parts seed oil (I use olive, but any kind of seed oil will do.  DO NOT USE VEGETABLE OIL!); (1) apply 2-4 drops of liquid on the location, gums or mouth; (2) diffuse clove oil straight (or neat); or (3) take as a diet supplement. If you have a tickle in your throat, try a drop neat on the back of your tongue.  I found it makes a great mouthwash if you dilute it in a bit of water.

All and all, Young Living 100% Grade A Clove oil is an all purpose oil that I refuse to be without!

DO NOT USE IF YOU USE WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, ETC., AS CLOVE OIL MAY ENHANCE THE ANTICOAGULANT PROPERTIES.
